- Participate in continuous improvement and modernization projects at the production site, collaborating with the production manager and various teams.
- Independently manage a continuous improvement project, defined with a mentor, focusing on areas such as waste reduction, site communication, or storage conditions.
- Assist in maintaining ISO certifications, including audit follow-ups, action plan management, and training.
- Final-year student in an engineering school with a specialization in industrial management.
- Previous experience in an industrial setting, particularly in change management or continuous improvement, is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and integration skills, with the ability to rally others around ideas.
- Rigorous, organized, with excellent analytical, synthesis, and creative abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA, 5W, 6M, 5S).
No prior experience required, though previous exposure to industrial environments is beneficial.
Final-year student in an engineering school specializing in industrial management.
