Ruinart Press and Influence Communication Intern

- Coordinate and manage daily press requests in France, including press insertions, visuals, shopping, and photo shoots.
- Assist in organizing press and influencer events in France, such as press trips to Reims, artistic collaborations, and cuvée launches.
- Organize and coordinate team activities, including managing wine and POSM stock and deliveries.
- Monitor and manage the Press and Influence budget, including quotes and purchase orders.
- Analyze French press coverage, compiling and analyzing monthly results.
- Analyze influencer coverage in France, compiling and analyzing results.
- Create reports, including press reviews and activity summaries, for top management dissemination.
- Update the French and International press space on ruinart.com.
- Participate in the creation and distribution of press newsletters and press releases.
- Update journalist, influencer, and VIP contact lists.
- Monitor editorial schedules.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School with a specialization in communication, or equivalent university or communication school.
- Previous significant internship experience in marketing or communication.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
- Proactive, autonomous, organized, responsible, with strong team spirit and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, aesthetic sense, and sensitivity to luxury and brand image.
Beginner level experience required, ideally with at least one significant internship in marketing or communication.
Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
