Ruinart Press and Influence Communication Intern

- Coordinate and manage daily press requests in France, including press insertions, visuals, shoppings, and shootings.
- Assist in organizing press and influencer events in France, such as press trips to Reims, artistic collaborations, and cuvée launches.
- Organize and coordinate team activities, including managing wine and POSM stocks.
- Monitor and manage the press and influence budget, including quotes and purchase orders.
- Analyze French press coverage, including press clippings, reviews, and monthly result compilations.
- Analyze influencer coverage in France, including clippings and result compilations.
- Create reports for top management, including press reviews and activity analyses for both France and international markets.
- Update the French and International press space on ruinart.com.
- Participate in the creation and distribution of press newsletters and press releases.
- Update journalist, influencer, and VIP contact files.
- Track editorial schedules.
- Enrolled in a Master's program (4th or 5th year) in a business school with a specialization in communication, or equivalent university or communication school.
- Previous significant internship experience in marketing/communication.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
- Proactive, autonomous, organized, responsible, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, aesthetic sense, and sensitivity to luxury and brand image.
Beginner level experience with at least one significant internship in marketing or communication.
Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.
