Ruinart Press and Influence Communication Intern
Maison Ruinart, the oldest established Champagne house, was founded in 1729 and is part of the esteemed LVMH Group. - Coordinate and monitor daily press requests in France, including press insertions, visuals, shopping, and photo shoots.
- Assist in organizing press and influencer events in France, such as press trips to Reims, artistic collaborations, and cuvée launches.
- Manage and coordinate team logistics, including wine stock and POSM tracking.
- Monitor and manage the Press and Influence budget, including quotes and purchase orders.
- Analyze French press coverage, compiling and analyzing monthly results.
- Analyze influencer coverage in France, compiling and analyzing results.
- Create reports for top management, including press reviews and activity analyses both domestically and internationally.
- Update the French and International press space on ruinart.com.
- Participate in the creation and distribution of press newsletters and press releases.
- Maintain and update journalist, influencer, and VIP contact lists.
- Track editorial calendars.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (4th or 5th year) in a business school with a specialization in communication, or equivalent university or higher communication school.
- Previous significant internship experience in marketing or communication.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
- Proactive, autonomous, organized, responsible, with a team spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, aesthetic sense, and sensitivity to luxury and brand image.
Beginner level experience, ideally with at least one significant internship in marketing or communication.
Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.
