Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on daily press requests in France, including press insertions, visuals, shopping, and shootings.
- Assist in organizing press and influencer events in France, such as press trips to Reims, artistic collaborations, and cuvée launches.
- Organize and coordinate team activities, including managing wine stocks and POSM.
- Monitor the Press and Influence budget, including quotes and purchase orders.
- Analyze French press coverage, including press clippings, reviews, and monthly result analysis.
- Analyze influencer coverage in France, including clippings and result compilation.
- Create reports for top management, including press reviews and activity analysis for France and international markets.
- Update the press area for France and International on ruinart.com.
- Participate in creating press newsletters and sending press releases.
- Update journalist, influencer, and VIP contact lists.
- Monitor editorial schedules.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in the 4th or 5th year from a business school with a specialization in communication, or equivalent university or higher communication school.
- Previous significant internship experience in marketing/communication.
Skills
- Proficiency in writing and a good level of English (reading, speaking, and writing).
- Proactive, autonomous, organized, responsible, team spirit, and good interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, aesthetic sense, sensitivity to luxury and image.
