Ruinart Oenology Development Project Intern

- Develop the experimental specifications, including literature review, internal documentation, and drafting protocols.
- Conduct analytical measurements, including viticultural monitoring and sample collection of grapes, musts, and clear wines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as viticultural and oenological services and scientific partners.
- Interpret results and compile trial reports.
- Collaborate closely with a counterpart responsible for a similar project on black grape varieties.
- Student in DNO, engineering, viticulture-oenology, or master's in wine studies.
- Excellent writing and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to various internal and external interlocutors.
- Teamwork orientation with the ability to manage projects autonomously.
- Good knowledge of the wine industry and sensitivity to sustainable development.
- Proficiency in English and computer tools.
- Motivated, curious, and enjoys both research and fieldwork.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program such as DNO, engineering, or master's in wine studies.
