1. Coordinate and implement artistic collaborations, maintaining relationships with artists and organizing their residencies.
2. Support internal communication within the LVMH group, including event management for occasions such as Vivatech and Journées Particulières.
3. Provide operational support for enhancing Ruinart's visibility at art-related events, including fairs, galleries, and museums.
4. Create and update presentations on artistic projects and potential artists.
5. Draft reports for top management dissemination, including Brand Board and Comité Marque.
6. Compose texts on Ruinart's artistic initiatives.
7. Update VIP and art collection databases.
8. Manage routine operations such as stock management, correspondence, and budget tracking.

1. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Enrollment in a business or communication school.
3. Strong writing skills and adaptability between Paris and Reims.
