1. Coordinate and implement artistic collaborations, maintaining relationships with artists and liaising with marketing, digital, commercial, and hospitality departments.
2. Support internal communication within the LVMH group, including events like Vivatech and Journées Particulières.
3. Provide operational support for maintaining Ruinart's visibility in art-related events and partnerships, such as fairs, galleries, and museums.
4. Create and update presentations on artistic projects and potential artists.
5. Prepare reports for top management dissemination, including Brand Board and various committees.
6. Draft texts on Ruinart's artistic initiatives.
7. Update VIP and art collection databases.
8. Manage routine operations, including stock management, correspondence, and budget tracking.

1. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

1. Strong writing skills and adaptability between Paris and Reims.
2. Proactive, autonomous, organized, responsible, with team spirit and interpersonal skills.
3. Creativity and aesthetic sense.
4. Real knowledge of contemporary art.
5. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
