Ruinart Junior Art & Culture Project Manager Intern

- Coordinate and implement artistic collaborations, maintaining relationships with artists and liaising with marketing, digital, commercial, and hospitality departments.
- Manage and support internal communication within the LVMH group, including events like Vivatech and Journées Particulières.
- Provide operational support to enhance Ruinart's visibility in art-related events and partnerships, such as fairs, galleries, foundations, and museums.
- Create and update presentations on artistic projects and potential artists.
- Draft reports for top management dissemination, including Brand Board and various committees.
- Compose texts on the Maison's artistic initiatives.
- Update VIP and art collection databases.
- Handle routine operations such as stock management, mailings, and budget tracking in collaboration with the assistant.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong writing skills and adaptability to work between Paris and Reims.
- Proactive, autonomous, organized, responsible, with a team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and aesthetic sense.
- Genuine knowledge of contemporary art.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
