1. Organize and set up the bar and service areas.
2. Assist in arranging wines in the main cellar.
3. Unload deliveries of champagne, wines, and soft drinks.
4. Ensure smooth service at the Bar by Ruinart, from aperitifs to after-dinner drinks.
5. Provide advisory services to clients during meals.
6. Prepare orders taken in the dining area.
7. Present, uncork, and taste wines ordered by clients.
8. Maintain knowledge of the beverage and wine menu.
9. Serve wines according to quality standards under the sommelier's guidance.
10. Convey the history, ambitions, and values of the Ruinart house.

1. Bac +2 (BTS) in Bar or Sommelier Studies

1. Fluency in French and English, with a third language as an advantage
