- Support the implementation of new enological projects and participate in the development of technical communication initiatives.
- Monitor the Chardonnay by-product project, including experimental plans and enological trials for the 2025 harvest.
- Draft specifications and oversee technical service providers.
- Ensure traceability and analytical follow-up, and prepare editorial materials such as technical sheets.
- Conduct bibliographic research and synthesize technical data on wine and climate change.
- Participate in and follow up on technical conferences related to climate change and wine.
- Provide operational support for new technical projects related to climate and wine, particularly the Blanc Singulier cuvée.
- Assist with logistical support for activities such as the Ruinart Sommelier Challenge and tastings at prestigious schools.
- Organize the Agro Tasting Wine Challenge, an international wine tasting competition for top schools.
- Integrate and verify the digital wine expert contact database for transfer and activation.
- Coordinate the implementation of the digital Alumni platform with the enology service and the digital team.
- Organize Alumni experiences and develop new wine experiences.
- Support technical communication and the launch of new cuvées.
- Student in DNO, engineering, or Master's in Wine or equivalent.
- Excellent writing and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of the wine industry and a sensitivity to sustainable development.
- Motivated, curious, and enjoys both research and fieldwork.
- Ability to adapt to various internal and external stakeholders and enjoy teamwork.
- Proficiency in English and computer tools.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally suited for students or recent graduates in relevant fields.
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Enology, Engineering, or a Master's in Wine or equivalent.
