1. Support the implementation of new enological projects and participate in the development of technical communication initiatives.
2. Monitor the Chardonnay by-product project, including experimental plans and enological trials for the 2025 harvest.
3. Draft specifications and oversee technical service providers.
4. Ensure traceability and analytical follow-up, and prepare editorial materials such as technical sheets.
5. Conduct bibliographic research and synthesize technical data on wine and climate change.
6. Participate in and follow up on technical conferences related to climate change and wine.
7. Provide operational support for new technical projects related to climate and wine, particularly the Blanc Singulier cuvée.
8. Assist with logistical support for activities such as the Ruinart Sommelier Challenge and tastings at prestigious schools.
9. Organize the Agro Tasting Wine Challenge, an international wine tasting competition for top schools.
10. Integrate and verify the digital wine expert contact database for transfer and activation.
11. Coordinate the implementation of the digital Alumni platform with the enology service and the digital team.
12. Organize Alumni experiences and develop new wine experiences.
13. Support technical communication and the launch of new cuvées.

1. Student in DNO, engineering, or Master's in Wine or equivalent.

1. Excellent writing and organizational skills.
2. Strong knowledge of the wine industry and a sensitivity to sustainable development.
3. Motivated, curious, and enjoys both research and fieldwork.
4. Ability to adapt to various internal and external stakeholders and enjoy teamwork.
5. Proficiency in English and computer tools.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally suited for students or recent graduates in relevant fields.

Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Enology, Engineering, or a Master's in Wine or equivalent.
