Ruinart International Consumer Experiences Manager Assistant

- Support the International Consumer Experiences Manager in activities related to art, gastronomy, and sustainability.
- Assist in the development of the Carte Blanche Ruinart program in France and internationally, including creating 360° guidelines, supporting experience development, and coordinating artistic collaborations.
- Manage project logistics and assist in organizing the 2027 launch event.
- Coordinate partnerships with art fairs, including setting up lounges and visibility tools for Ruinart at international events.
- Define key learnings, conduct post-mortem analyses of activations, and prepare reports.
- Manage cross-functional projects to optimize the Maison's carbon impact at events.
- Conduct monthly benchmarking of event trends and innovations.
- Assist in drafting reports for top management and support the International Consumer Experiences Manager with presentations and project management.
- Master's degree in communication or business school with a specialization in communication or equivalent university degree.
- Fluency in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- International profile is a plus.
- Significant experience in marketing/communication (agency or client-side).
- Proficiency in project management and marketing/communication tools and techniques.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with a strong team spirit.
- Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle unforeseen challenges with maturity.
- Interest in art and gastronomy.
- Creative, sensitive to luxury and image, committed to CSR, and possessing a strong aesthetic sense.
Significant experience in marketing/communication through internships or apprenticeships.
Master's degree in communication or business school with a specialization in communication or equivalent university degree.
