Ruinart International Consumer Experiences Manager Assistant

- Assist in the development of the Carte Blanche Ruinart program in France and internationally, including the creation of 360° guidelines, support for experience development, and coordination with various service providers.
- Manage cross-functional project coordination with internal teams, markets, partners, and agencies in deploying experiential and artistic programs.
- Coordinate partnerships with art fairs, including the setup of lounges and visibility tools at international events.
- Define key learnings, conduct post-mortem analyses of activations, and prepare reports.
- Support the organization of wine and food experiences related to the Carte Blanche program.
- Contribute to the audit of carbon impact using the CLIMEET tool and draft sustainability guidelines for events.
- Monitor gastronomy operations in Reims and events to reduce carbon footprint.
- Conduct monthly benchmarking of event trends and innovations.
- Assist in report writing for top management dissemination and support the International Consumer Experiences Manager in PowerPoint presentations and project management.
- Master's degree in communication, business school with a specialization in communication, or equivalent university degree.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in marketing/communication, either in an agency or with an advertiser.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with a strong team spirit.
- Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage unexpected situations with maturity.
- Interest in art and gastronomy.
- Creativity, sensitivity to luxury and image, commitment to CSR, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Significant experience in marketing/communication, either through internships or work placements.
Master's degree in communication, business school with a specialization in communication, or equivalent university degree.
