Ruinart International Consumer Experiences Manager Assistant

- Assist in the development of the Carte Blanche Ruinart program both in France and internationally, including the creation of 360° activation guidelines and agency briefs for scenographic spaces.
- Coordinate and implement artistic collaborations and manage logistics for experiential and artistic programs.
- Support partnerships with art fairs, including setting up lounges and visibility tools for international events.
- Conduct post-activation analyses and reporting to define key learnings.
- Aid in organizing wine and food experiences related to the Carte Blanche program.
- Contribute to strategic planning for the onboarding program for the Blanc Singulier chef community.
- Assist in auditing carbon impact through CLIMEET and drafting sustainability guidelines for events.
- Support internal organization through monthly benchmarking of event trends and innovations.
- Assist in report writing for top management and support the International Consumer Experiences Manager with presentations and project management.
- Master's degree in communication, business school with a specialization in communication, or equivalent university degree.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Experience in marketing/communication, either in an agency or client-side.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Interest in art and gastronomy.
- Creative with an appreciation for luxury, aesthetics, and CSR commitments.
Significant experience in marketing/communication through internships or similar roles is required.
Master's degree in communication or business with a specialization in communication.
