Ruinart International Consumer Experiences Manager Assistant

- Assist in the development and execution of the Carte Blanche Ruinart program in France and internationally, including the creation of 360° guidelines, agency briefs for scenographic spaces, and logistical management.
- Coordinate transversal project management with internal teams, markets, partners, and agencies for experiential and artistic programs.
- Support the setup of lounges and visibility tools at international art fairs, and coordinate communication tools.
- Define key learnings, conduct post-mortem analyses, and prepare reports on activations.
- Assist in organizing wine and food experiences related to the Carte Blanche program.
- Contribute to strategic planning for the onboarding program for the Blanc Singulier chef community.
- Support sustainability audits of carbon impact using CLIMEET and develop RSE guidelines for events.
- Conduct monthly benchmarks of event trends and innovations.
- Assist in report writing for top management dissemination and support the International Consumer Experiences Manager in presentations and project management.
- Master's degree in communication, business school with a specialization in communication, or equivalent university degree.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in marketing/communication, either in an agency or in-house.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to handle unexpected situations maturely.
- Interest in art and gastronomy.
- Creative with a sensitivity to luxury, image, and RSE commitments.
Significant experience in marketing/communication, preferably through internships or apprenticeships.
Master's degree in communication or business with a specialization in communication.
