Ruinart International Consumer Experiences Assistant

- Support the International Consumer Experiences Manager in the development and deployment of the Carte Blanche programme and other artist‑led experiential activations in France and internationally.
- Draft 360° activation guidelines, prepare creative briefs for agencies and coordinate scenographic creation, production and onsite implementation with external suppliers.
- Manage transversal project workflows with internal teams, local markets, agency partners and external collaborators to ensure timely delivery of experiential programmes.
- Coordinate Ruinart’s presence at art fairs and cultural events: support lounge design, visibility tools and communication collateral.
- Organise and support experiential events including dinners and food experiences with chefs and artists, handling logistics and on‑site coordination.
- Define key learnings and conduct post‑mortem analyses of activations; prepare regular reporting and executive summaries for senior management.
- Deliver monthly benchmarks of event and experiential trends and innovations to inform programme evolution.
- Prepare presentations and reports for top management (CoDir, Copil, Comité marque) and maintain close follow‑up with markets.
- Master’s level education (M2 / 5th year) in communication, marketing, business school with a communication specialisation or equivalent university degree.
- Fluent in French and English (reading, writing and spoken); international profile is a plus.
- Minimum one year of professional experience in marketing or communications, ideally with exposure to events, experiential marketing or cultural programmes.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy, precision and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and unexpected operational challenges.
- Demonstrated interest in art, gastronomy and luxury brand image; creative sensibility and attention to aesthetic detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working transversally across teams and external partners.

At least one year of professional experience in marketing or communications, with prior internships or alternance placements in experiential, events or brand marketing considered valuable.
