1. Support the implementation of new enological projects related to Chardonnay, the flagship grape variety of the house.
2. Conduct bibliographic synthesis in collaboration with the Vineyard team.
3. Develop and execute experimental plans for the 2025 harvest.
4. Monitor experimental plots and implement trials.
5. Perform physiological and physico-chemical analyses.
6. Oversee the vinification process and synthesize trial results.
7. Manage the Chardonnay by-products project, including enological trials for the 2025 harvest.
8. Draft specifications and oversee technical service providers.
9. Ensure traceability and analytical follow-up.
10. Prepare editorial supports such as technical sheets.

1. Enrolled in a DNO program, engineering, or Master's in Wine or equivalent.

1. Excellent writing and organizational skills.
2. Strong knowledge of the wine industry and a sensitivity to sustainable development.
3. Motivated, curious, and enjoys both research and fieldwork.
4. Ability to adapt to various internal and external stakeholders.
5. Teamwork-oriented.
6. Proficiency in English and computer tools.

Beginner level experience in the wine industry or related field.

Currently pursuing a degree in enology, engineering, or a Master's in Wine or equivalent.
