1. Develop the experimental specification document.
2. Conduct bibliographic research and organize internal documentation.
3. Liaise with scientific partners, including laboratories and equipment suppliers.
4. Draft experimental protocols.
5. Perform analytical measurements, including vineyard monitoring and sample collection of grapes, musts, and clear wines.
6. Conduct viticultural and physiological analyses of grapes, particularly during the veraison period.
7. Organize and present analytical results.
8. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in the project, including viticultural and enological services and scientific partners.
9. Interpret results and compile trial reports.

1. Enrollment in a DNO program, engineering, viticulture-oenology training, or a Master's in Wine Studies.

1. Excellent writing and organizational abilities.
2. Adaptability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
3. Teamwork skills with the ability to manage projects independently.
4. Strong knowledge of the wine industry with a sensitivity to sustainable development.
5. Motivated, curious, and enjoys both research and fieldwork.
6. Proficiency in English and computer tools.
