Ruinart Enology Development Project Intern

- Develop the experimental specification document.
- Conduct bibliographic research and organize internal documentation.
- Liaise with scientific partners, including laboratories and equipment suppliers.
- Draft experimental protocols.
- Perform analytical measurements, including vineyard monitoring and sample collection of grapes, musts, and clear wines.
- Conduct viticultural and physiological analyses of grapes, particularly during the veraison period.
- Organize and present analytical results.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in the project, including viticultural and enological services and scientific partners.
- Interpret results and compile trial reports.
- Enrollment in a DNO program, engineering, viticulture-oenology training, or a Master's in Wine Studies.
- Excellent writing and organizational abilities.
- Adaptability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Teamwork skills with the ability to manage projects independently.
- Strong knowledge of the wine industry with a sensitivity to sustainable development.
- Motivated, curious, and enjoys both research and fieldwork.
- Proficiency in English and computer tools.
Entry-level, suitable for students or recent graduates in relevant fields.
Currently pursuing or completed education in enology, viticulture, or related fields.
