1. Develop the experimental specifications, including conducting bibliographic studies and organizing internal documentation.
2. Engage with scientific partners such as laboratories and equipment suppliers to draft protocols.
3. Conduct analytical measurements, including vineyard monitoring and sample collection of grapes, musts, and clear wines.
4. Perform viticultural and physiological analytical measurements of grapes, especially during the veraison period, and organize the results.
5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including viticultural and enological services and scientific partners.
6. Interpret results and compile trial reports.
7. Collaborate closely with a counterpart responsible for a similar project on red grape varieties.

1. Enrollment in a DNO program, engineering, viticulture-enology training, or a Master's in Wine.
2. Excellent writing and organizational skills.
3. Ability to adapt to various internal and external stakeholders.
4. Teamwork skills with the ability to manage projects autonomously.
5. Good knowledge of the wine industry and a sensitivity to sustainable development.

1. Proficiency in English and computer tools.
2. Motivated, curious, and enjoys both research and fieldwork.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Current enrollment in relevant academic programs such as DNO, engineering, or Master's in Wine.
