- Develop the experimental specifications, including conducting bibliographic studies and organizing internal documentation.
- Engage with scientific partners such as laboratories and equipment suppliers to draft protocols.
- Conduct analytical measurements, including vineyard monitoring and sample collection of grapes, musts, and clear wines.
- Perform viticultural and physiological analytical measurements of grapes, especially during the veraison period, and organize the results.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including viticultural and enological services and scientific partners.
- Interpret results and compile trial reports.
- Collaborate closely with a counterpart responsible for a similar project on red grape varieties.
- Enrollment in a DNO program, engineering, viticulture-enology training, or a Master's in Wine.
- Excellent writing and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to various internal and external stakeholders.
- Teamwork skills with the ability to manage projects autonomously.
- Good knowledge of the wine industry and a sensitivity to sustainable development.
- Proficiency in English and computer tools.
- Motivated, curious, and enjoys both research and fieldwork.
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Current enrollment in relevant academic programs such as DNO, engineering, or Master's in Wine.
