Ruinart Digital Marketing and CRM Assistant

- Support the Digital Activation Project Manager in animating and developing the company's website and CRM activities.
- Draft editorial content for the institutional website and integrate it into Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Assist markets in enhancing visibility of their news and updates.
- Coordinate with the Image Department for new photography needs.
- Propose site improvements and oversee development progress.
- Conduct testing of website updates prior to launch.
- Generate reports using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Optimize SEO and develop copywriting guidelines.
- Implement the international annual CRM plan and share with markets.
- Prepare newsletters, including writing, personalization, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Collect data across customer and prospect touchpoints and educate internal teams and partners.
- Suggest improvements for customer and prospect journeys, including retention mechanisms.
- Monitor monthly KPIs and enhance existing dashboards.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis.
- Support project management for brand events and product launches, such as new cuvées or artistic sponsorships.
- Master's degree level 1 or 2 from a business school or university.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Specialization in digital marketing or prior experience in a similar role.
- Creativity and strong writing and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Suite is appreciated.
- Brand sensitivity and a results-driven mindset.
- Teamwork and organizational skills.
- Curiosity, autonomy, diplomacy, and a sense of responsibility.
- Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and interested in art, gastronomy, and oenology.
Beginner level experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Master's degree level 1 or 2 in business or related field.
