- Support the Digital Activations Project Manager in animating and developing the website and CRM activities.
- Draft editorial content for the Maison's institutional website and integrate it into the CMS (Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
- Assist markets in gaining visibility for their news and updates.
- Coordinate new photography needs with the Image Direction team.
- Propose website improvements and oversee development progress.
- Conduct testing on website updates before they go live.
- Report on website performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Optimize SEO and develop copywriting guidelines.
- Implement the annual international CRM plan and share it with markets.
- Prepare newsletters, including drafting, personalization, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Collect data from all customer and prospect touchpoints and educate internal teams and partners.
- Suggest improvements to customer and prospect journeys, including retention mechanisms.
- Monitor monthly KPIs using Group tools and enhance existing dashboards.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis.
- Assist in project management for brand events and product launches, such as new cuvées or artistic sponsorships.
- Master's degree level (1 or 2), preferably from a business school or university.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Specialization in digital marketing or prior experience in a similar role.
- Creativity and strong writing and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Suite is appreciated.
- Sensitivity to brand universe and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively and strong organizational skills.
- Curiosity, autonomy, diplomacy, and rigor.
- Responsibility, proactivity, creativity, and team spirit.
- Attention to detail and interest in art, gastronomy, and oenology.
Beginner level experience in a similar role or specialization in digital marketing.
