- Organize and set up the bar and service areas.
- Assist in the arrangement of wines in the main cellar.
- Unload deliveries of champagne, wines, and soft drinks.
- Ensure smooth service at the Bar by Ruinart, from aperitifs to post-meal drinks.
- Provide expert advice to clients during meals.
- Prepare orders taken in the dining area.
- Present, uncork, and taste wines ordered by clients.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the beverage and wine list.
- Serve wines according to quality standards under the sommelier's guidance.
- Convey the history, ambitions, and values of Ruinart to guests.
- Bac +2 (BTS) in Bar Management or Sommellerie.
- Fluency in French and English, with an additional language being advantageous.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactivity and professional conscientiousness.
- Autonomy and availability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Adaptability and interest in luxury and gastronomy.
Beginner level experience in luxury retail or hospitality is preferred.
Bac +2 (BTS) in Bar Management or Sommellerie.
