- Develop the Carte Blanche Ruinart program both in France and internationally, including creating 360° guidelines, briefing agencies for scenographic space creation, and coordinating artistic collaborations.
- Manage projects transversally with internal teams, markets, partners, and agencies for the deployment of experiential and artistic programs.
- Coordinate partnerships with art fairs, including setting up lounges and visibility tools for international events.
- Define key learnings, conduct post-mortem analyses of activations, and prepare reports.
- Assist in organizing events related to the Food for Art program, including dinners and food experiences with chefs and artists.
- Contribute to strategic thinking for Wine & Food programs through benchmarking and brainstorming.
- Conduct monthly benchmarking of event trends and innovations.
- Support the International Consumer Experiences Manager with PowerPoint presentations, project management, and market follow-ups.
- Master's degree in communication, business school with a specialization in communication, or equivalent university degree.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in marketing/communication, with knowledge of project management and marketing/communication tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with a strong team spirit.
- Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
- Interest in art and gastronomy.
- Creative with a sensitivity to luxury, brand image, CSR commitments, and aesthetics.
At least one year of significant experience in marketing/communication, including internships or apprenticeships.
Master's degree in communication or business with a specialization in communication.
