- Organize and set up the bar and service areas.
- Contribute to the arrangement of wines in the main cellar.
- Unload deliveries of champagne, wines, and soft drinks.
- Ensure smooth service at the Bar by Ruinart, from aperitifs to post-meal drinks.
- Provide advisory services to clients during meals.
- Prepare orders taken in the dining area.
- Present, uncork, and taste wines ordered by clients.
- Possess thorough knowledge of the beverage and wine menu.
- Serve wines according to quality standards under the sommelier's guidance.
- Convey the history, ambitions, and values of the house to clients.
- Bac +2 (BTS) in Bar or Sommellerie
- Fluency in French and English, with a third language being advantageous
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactivity and professional conscientiousness

- Interest in luxury and gastronomy
Beginner level experience is required, with a preference for those with experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
