Rossimoda HR Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Manager

- Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with external payroll service providers.
- Prepare analytical statistics and internal reports on absenteeism, leave management, and overtime, as well as group-level reports such as headcount and annual reports.
- Manage personnel relations and liaise with relevant authorities regarding mandatory communications, disciplinary actions, medical visits, and workplace injuries.
- Ensure compliance with employment contracts and applicable labor laws.
- Administer time attendance using the Zucchetti tool.
- Support the HR Director in industrial and labor relations, focusing on regulatory, compensation, and labor law aspects.
- Provide consultancy and support to internal teams on compensation, working hours, tax deductions, and current legislation.
- Prepare and monitor the annual budget, revisions, and strategic plans in alignment with company and group guidelines.
- Manage labor cost accounting in collaboration with the Finance and Control departments.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly forecasts for cost control in line with corporate objectives.
- Lead the salary review and variable incentive processes in accordance with annual performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement corporate policies related to compensation and benefits and manage corporate benefits such as welfare, car allowances, housing allowances, and group stock plans.
- Promote a corporate welfare culture by proactively proposing systems and programs to enhance employee experience.
- Implement innovative HRIS solutions to improve operational efficiency in strategic processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Scientific disciplines.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, focusing on payroll, budgeting, personnel costs, and compensation policies.
- Excellent knowledge of compensation & benefits tools, labor legislation, and administrative/contributory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and HR management software (Zucchetti, SuccessFactor, etc.).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
