Rolex Workshop Manager

- Assist group leaders in the creation and updating of various performance indicators such as quality, costs, deadlines, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure the supply of work to various workstations.
- Contribute to the performance of groups in terms of quality, costs, deadlines, and OEE.
- Manage stock entries and exits as well as deliveries.
- Oversee various inventories.
- Order consumables related to production activities.
- Commercial Employee Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or equivalent level.
- Excellent proficiency in standard office software.
- Good knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage.
- Meticulous, autonomous, and proactive in task execution.
- Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in French (minimum C1 level); German is an asset.
Experience in administrative support within a production environment is preferred.
Commercial Employee Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or equivalent.
