1. Oversee the technical and hierarchical management of the Geneva refurbishment workshop.
2. Lead and develop a team comprising Managers, Team Leaders, Watchmakers, Operators, and Administrators.
3. Ensure efficient utilization of resources and processes throughout the value chain, in close collaboration with the Technical Support team and Global Service Management.
4. Act as a liaison with Customer Service and Client Relations teams, as well as Quality and Commercial Logistics Departments.

1. Several years of professional experience as a Workshop Manager in the watchmaking industry, within leading companies or manufacturers.
2. Certified Watchmaker or a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Exceptional organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration with various departments and colleagues.
2. Strong customer and product sensitivity, with a focus on performance and excellence.
3. Fluent in French; proficiency in English and other languages is advantageous.

Several years of experience as a Workshop Manager in the watchmaking industry.

Certified Watchmaker or equivalent experience.
