1. Assist group leaders in the creation and updating of various performance indicators such as quality, cost, and deadlines, as well as workshop management tools.
2. Ensure the supply of work to various workstations.
3. Contribute to group performance in terms of quality, cost, and deadlines.
4. Manage stock entries and exits, as well as deliveries.
5. Oversee various inventories.
6. Order consumables related to production activities.

1. Commercial Employee CFC or equivalent level.

1. Excellent command of standard office software.
2. Good knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage.
3. Meticulous, autonomous, and proactive in task execution.
4. Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills.
5. Proficiency in French (minimum C1 level); German is an asset.

Experience in a similar administrative or workshop management role is preferred.

Commercial Employee CFC or equivalent level.
