1. Train, support, and provide technical assistance to team members, adapting to individual needs.
2. Conduct product and process monitoring to ensure quality standards.
3. Identify and report product and process quality discrepancies, contributing to their resolution.
4. Manage the return to standard procedures following potential deviations within the workshop.
5. Oversee versatility and foster team cohesion within the workshop.
6. Enhance the robustness of assembly processes.
7. Ensure the availability and validation of tooling adjustments in contact with products and workstations.
8. Participate in improvement projects.
9. Mentor apprentices.
10. Identify stagnant parts and address issues.

1. CFC in watchmaking (3 or 4 years)

1. Knowledge of horological products
2. Ability to train and actively listen
3. Experience working in a diverse and multicultural team

Experience in watchmaking with a focus on training and quality assurance.
