1. Conduct training courses for the international after-sales service watchmakers, tailored to various languages and skill levels.
2. Participate in the development and implementation of new training programs.
3. Contribute to the integration of new training technologies.
4. Lead and contribute to projects related to training initiatives.
5. Prepare examination sessions in watchmaking and provide expertise for the international initial watchmaking training curriculum.
6. Organize and plan the activities of a training center.

1. Possession of a CFC in Watchmaking.
2. Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in after-sales service as a watchmaking trainer.
3. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Project management experience.
