1. Collaborate with various departments during design, testing, production, and after-sales service phases.
2. Ensure optimal functionality of watches by working closely with engineers.
3. Identify and mitigate risks related to watch casing and movement interfaces.
4. Conduct bench work, laboratory tests, and data analysis using state-of-the-art equipment.
5. Contribute to the development of new products and continuous improvement of systems.

1. CFC in watchmaking or equivalent qualification.
2. ES technician diploma or at least 5 years of proven experience as a technician in a laboratory or production setting.

1. Strong understanding of metallurgy and mechanics.
2. Proficiency in horological measurement equipment.
3. Competence in office tools and SAP is advantageous.
4. Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
5. Autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, organized, and a strong team player.

At least 5 years of experience in a laboratory or production environment as a technician.

CFC in watchmaking or equivalent qualification.
