Responsibilities
- Interact with various departments during design, testing, production, and after-sales service phases.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure optimal watch functionality.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to watch casing.
- Perform daily activities at the workbench, conduct laboratory tests, and analyze data.
- Contribute to the development of new products and continuous improvement of systems.
Qualifications
- CFC in watchmaking, repair, or equivalent.
- ES technician diploma and/or at least 5 years of proven experience as a technician in a laboratory or production setting.
Skills
- Good knowledge of metallurgy (hardness, granularity, mechanical properties) and mechanics (dimensioning, strength of materials).
- Proficiency in watchmaking measurement equipment.
- Mastery of office tools and SAP is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, pragmatism, and keen observation.
- Autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, organized, and strong team spirit.
Experience Requirements
At least 5 years of proven experience as a technician in a laboratory or production setting.
