1. Assemble the individual components that constitute mechanical watch movements with precision and consistency.
2. Execute assigned operations autonomously while adhering to defined quality standards and productivity targets.
3. Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions; perform in-process visual and functional quality checks.
4. Specialise according to the chosen AFP pathway (assembly or adjustment/réglage), including fine adjustment and regulation tasks when applicable.
5. Use fine hand tools and optical aids (e.g., loupe or microscope) and maintain an organised, compliant workstation.
6. Document work steps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives under the supervision of trainers.
7. Participate in the formal apprenticeship curriculum and internal assessments delivered by experienced instructors.
