1. Train apprentices in watchmaking, production watchmaking, and watch operation.
2. Monitor and develop training plans for apprentices throughout their curriculum.
3. Plan and organize internships and examinations, preparing apprentices accordingly.
4. Provide personalized follow-up for each apprentice and implement corrective actions if necessary.
5. Enhance pedagogical skills.
6. Participate in the recruitment process.
7. Engage in apprenticeship events.
8. Manage components and tools necessary for training.
9. Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
10. Ensure effective coordination of activities with internal and external partners.

1. Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in watchmaking, 4 years.
2. Proven experience in movement assembly or after-sales service.
3. Good knowledge of watch repair and clockmaking.
4. Experience in training is an advantage.
5. Familiarity with Swiss professional training systems.

Demonstrated experience in movement assembly or after-sales service in watchmaking.
