1. Train apprentices in watchmaking operations and production watchmaking.
2. Monitor and enhance the training plans for apprentices throughout their course.
3. Plan and organize internships and examinations, preparing apprentices accordingly.
4. Conduct personalized follow-ups with each apprentice and implement corrective actions if necessary.
5. Develop pedagogical skills.
6. Participate in the recruitment process.
7. Engage in apprenticeship events.
8. Manage components and tools necessary for training.
9. Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
10. Ensure effective coordination of activities with internal and external partners.
11. Be available and flexible to be based in Geneva for the initial 6 to 9 months before relocating to the canton of Fribourg.

1. Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in watchmaking.
2. Proven experience in movement assembly or after-sales service.
3. Strong knowledge of watch casing.
4. Experience in training.
5. Good understanding of the Swiss professional training system.

1. Proficiency in standard office software.
2. Pedagogical, enthusiastic, empathetic, and exemplary demeanor.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Excellent teamwork capabilities.
5. Meticulous and organized.

Proven experience in watchmaking assembly or after-sales service, with a background in training.

Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in watchmaking.
