1. Train apprentices in watchmaking finishing and polishing techniques.
2. Monitor and develop training plans for apprentices throughout their program.
3. Plan and organize internships and examinations, preparing apprentices accordingly.
4. Provide personalized mentorship and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Enhance pedagogical skills to improve training delivery.
6. Participate in the recruitment process for new apprentices.
7. Engage in learning events and continuous improvement projects.
8. Organize and conduct technical training sessions for staff.
9. Ensure effective coordination with internal and external partners.
10. Be available and flexible to be based in Geneva for the initial 6 to 9 months before relocating to Fribourg.

1. Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in watchmaking finishing.
2. Experience in training and mentorship.
3. Strong knowledge of automatic finishing processes.
4. Familiarity with the Swiss professional training system.

Experience in training within the watchmaking industry is required.

Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in watchmaking finishing.
