1. Ensure the maintenance of Rolex products within the service network.
2. Manage the evolution of Rolex products in the after-sales service context.
3. Contribute to the technical support strategy for Rolex after-sales service.
4. Act as the after-sales service liaison for new products.
5. Define the service nomenclature for products.
6. Lead process and data method teams.
7. Collaborate with the after-sales service training division.

1. CFC in watchmaking or related field.
2. Proven experience as a watchmaker or in a similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of Rolex wristwatch products and assembly ranges.
4. Project management experience, including leading multidisciplinary teams.
5. Proficiency in continuous improvement tools.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and PLM Windchill.
7. Strong analytical and adaptive skills.

9. Excellent organizational skills.
