7. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of workshop processes.

1. CFC in Watchmaking with a specialization in refurbishment.
2. Proven experience, ideally within an after-sales service workshop.

1. Exceptional manual dexterity and precision with excellent visual acuity.
2. Ability to concentrate for extended periods with a methodical and organized approach.
3. Maintain exemplary order and cleanliness at the workstation.
4. Autonomy and ability to work independently while possessing strong team spirit.
5. Good listening skills and open-mindedness to ensure smooth communication with colleagues.
6. Versatility and flexibility to adapt to various tasks.
7. Rigorous, consistent, and diligent in daily work.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly identify technical problems.

Confirmed experience, preferably in an after-sales service workshop.
