Rolex Watch Designer

- Conceive and propose original, brand-appropriate designs for new watch models and future collections.
- Ensure continuity and coherence of the existing collection while respecting Tudor's design codes and brand values.
- Translate aesthetic concepts into technically feasible, industrialisable products by integrating manufacturing constraints.
- Interpret and apply project-specific requirements across multiple initiatives.
- Produce high-quality outputs including hand sketches, CAD drawings and photorealistic 3D renderings for review and production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineers, product managers, suppliers) and manage multiple concurrent design projects.
- Higher education in watch design or an equivalent qualification (HES, ES or comparable diploma).
- 3–5 years' professional experience in watch design, within an agency or a watch brand.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
- Excellent eye for detail, strong aesthetic sensitivity and professional versatility.
- Proven ability to coordinate with diverse internal and external interlocutors and to manage several projects simultaneously.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in watch design, gained either within a watchmaking brand or a specialised design agency, with a track record of delivering designs through to industrialisation.
Degree or diploma in watch/industrial design (HES, ES or equivalent).
