1. Organize and lead corporate visits across all production sites in Geneva and Bienne.
2. Deliver presentations to a diverse B2B audience on watch manufacturing processes, company values, and history.
3. Develop and manage cross-functional projects to enhance visit messaging, materials, and itineraries.
4. Coordinate logistical aspects related to visit activities.
5. Establish and maintain excellent relationships between the visit service and workshops, as well as with internal and external partners.
6. Represent the brand at events.

1. University degree or equivalent education.
2. Proven experience of 5 years in a similar role or substantial experience in Public Relations.

1. Fluency in English and French (additional language is an asset).
2. Strong verbal communication skills and clarity in speech.
3. Knowledge of watchmaking or a strong interest in the field.
4. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
5. Dynamic, diplomatic, and analytical with a capacity for synthesis.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position or in Public Relations.

University degree or equivalent education.
