3. Lead or support training development projects.
4. Evaluate the quality of training programs and implement necessary improvements.
5. Assess the outcomes and impact of conducted training sessions.
6. Structure the training offerings in collaboration with all relevant parties.

1. Federal Trainer Certificate or equivalent qualifications in the training field.
2. Proven experience in designing in-person and remote corporate training.
3. Mastery of andragogical design tools and methodologies.

2. Strong team spirit and client-oriented approach.
3. Creativity, rigor, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated success in corporate training design and implementation, both in-person and remotely.

Federal Trainer Certificate or equivalent.
