3. Monitor participant progress, manage registrations, prerequisites, and evaluations.
4. Assess the quality of training programs and recommend necessary improvements.

1. HES Engineer in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
2. Demonstrated expertise in adult education methodologies.

1. Advanced proficiency in MS365 suite and corporate cybersecurity best practices.
2. Strong written communication skills in French.
3. Team-oriented with analytical and synthesis capabilities.
4. Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive.
5. Client-oriented with excellent listening and advisory skills.
6. Flexible and adaptable to change.

Experience in corporate training facilitation and instructional design is required.
