1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in team management within an industrial environment for over 5 years.
3. Natural leadership qualities with the ability to unify and propose innovative solutions.
4. Proficiency in project management and investments.
5. Familiarity with the watchmaking industry is advantageous.
6. Comprehensive understanding of Swiss professional training systems.
7. Proficiency in German is advantageous.
8. Strong pedagogical skills, enthusiasm, empathy, and exemplary conduct.
9. Excellent communication skills and open-mindedness.
