1. Design and develop specific tooling for after-sales service.
2. Participate in the integration of new products and technologies by creating associated tooling and equipment.
3. Propose improvements for the rationalization of tools and equipment in refurbishment workshops.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and efficiency of solutions.
5. Manage equipment industrialization projects with external suppliers for the global network.
6. Train local teams in the use of new tools and equipment.
7. Conduct technological watch on tooling and equipment.
8. Actively collaborate with cross-functional project teams.

1. Engineering degree (HES or equivalent) in mechanical or industrial engineering.
2. Experience in tooling design and equipment industrialization projects.
3. Proficiency in CAD tools, particularly PTC CREO, and associated PLM tools.
4. Fluency in French with strong English skills preferred.

Experience in tooling design and equipment industrialization projects is required.
