3. Develop new manufacturing processes.
4. Draft usage guides and setup sheets.
5. Participate in continuous improvement projects.
6. Provide technical support to production.
7. Ensure best practices and knowledge retention through formalization and training.

1. Engineering degree (HES) or Technician diploma (ES) in microtechnology or equivalent.

1. In-depth knowledge of stamping techniques.
2. Mechanical skills.

Experience in material forming is required.

Engineering degree (HES) or Technician diploma (ES) in microtechnology or equivalent.
