1. Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for projects and products.
2. Identify and monitor testing risks, proposing suitable mitigation measures.
3. Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans.
4. Coordinate various testing phases, ensuring tests are properly planned, executed, and documented.
5. Draft and communicate test reports to stakeholders.
6. Foster collaboration and communication among test team members and project stakeholders.
7. Coordinate the test team and supervise test analysts.
8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in testing methodologies and apply them appropriately.
9. Maintain knowledge of project management methodologies.
10. Define, implement, and manage quality indicators.

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in testing.
2. Project management experience.
3. ISTQB Certification – ISTQB Agile.

1. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
2. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills.

A minimum of five years in the testing domain, with experience in project management.
