1. Support the group leader in implementing HSE guidelines and standards.
2. Organize the activities of the department, report information, and coordinate the updating of basic data.
3. Organize technical training sessions and support team members.
4. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
5. Manage technical issues according to the escalation process.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, participate in projects, and lead problem-solving sessions.

1. Holder of a CFC in electroplating.
2. Basic understanding of general technical principles.
3. Good knowledge of production methods.

1. Proficiency in problem-solving tools and office software.
2. Project management knowledge.
3. Strong leadership and initiative.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in a technical support role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.

CFC in electroplating or equivalent technical qualification.
