1. Conduct machinability tests on CNC lathes and turning machines at a horological scale, focusing on coatings, cutting conditions, and tool geometry.
2. Program and operate machining and measurement equipment within a dedicated R&D cell, including CNC equipment, dynamometers, and 3D scanners.
3. Develop instrumentation strategies to enhance understanding of machining processes.
4. Analyze cutting tools and propose optimizations for improved performance.
5. Design and manufacture fixtures suitable for testing purposes.
6. Identify and analyze root causes of production issues such as premature tool wear, high cycle times, and aesthetic variability.
7. Process, interpret, and present test results in a coherent manner.

1. CFC in mechanics, micromechanics, or equivalent qualification.
2. Additional training in bar turning is advantageous.
3. Proven experience of at least 5 years in a bar turning reference role within precision mechanics.

1. Proficiency in CNC programming is beneficial.
2. Strong interest in exploring new machining approaches.
3. Proactive, dynamic, and autonomous with excellent teamwork skills.
4. Rigorous and methodical approach to work.
5. Strong client orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a bar turning reference role within precision mechanics is required.
