1. Support the group leader in implementing HSE guidelines and standards.
2. Organize the activities of the department, report information, and coordinate the updating of basic data.
3. Organize technical training sessions and support team members.
4. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
5. Manage technical issues following the escalation process.
6. Drive continuous improvement, participate in projects, and lead problem-solving sessions.

1. Holder of a CFC in electroplating.
2. Basic knowledge of general engineering.
3. Good understanding of production methods.

1. Proficiency in problem-solving tools and office software.
2. Project management basics.
3. Leadership, initiative, and commitment.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in a technical role within a production environment is required.

CFC in electroplating or equivalent technical qualification.
