Rolex Technical Lead

- Design technical solutions within a complex IT and organizational environment by applying best practices, supporting development teams, and providing developer tools to create a stable, resilient, and high-performance platform.
- Actively participate in the creation of web and mobile solutions, with a focus on front-end development and user experience enhancement.
- Provide ongoing support to development teams by training them in best practices, modern technologies, and current tools.
- Organize and coordinate the work of developers to ensure a logical sequence of tasks.
- Ensure technical coordination between teams working on various solutions.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of new methods and technologies that could offer competitive advantages to the company.
- Monitor and ensure optimal performance of applications.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering (EPF or HES).
- Proven and diverse experience in application development and management.
- Proficiency in languages, frameworks, and libraries such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Spring, Springboot, Vue.js/React, and Agile methodology (Scrum).
- Experience with Gitlab, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience in content management system (CMS) development, with knowledge of AEM being a plus.
- Mastery of mobile frameworks such as Flutter is advantageous.
- Database management skills including SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance architectures.
- Expertise in web and mobile performance optimization.
- Application of development best practices such as TDD (Test-Driven Development) and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment).
- Knowledge of security protocols, HTTPS, OAuth, and best practices for application security.
- Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
- Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity.
Proven and diverse experience in application development and management.
Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering (EPF or HES).
