1. Coordinate activities related to the transfer, donation, sale, recycling, and destruction of production and packaging equipment.
2. Lead internal inventories of production equipment and external inventories of packaging equipment.
3. Update and maintain the equipment database, ensuring the accuracy of information and generating related reports.
4. Define and plan key stages of equipment transfer projects.
5. Align and disseminate information with both internal and external partners.

1. Higher education in production logistics and industrial management (such as an HES Engineer) or equivalent training.
2. Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance, layout plans, and activities related to master data.

1. Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
2. Strong command of English; German is an asset.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
4. Autonomous, flexible, rigorous, and organized.
5. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Experience in a similar role involving coordination of technical equipment and inventory management is preferred.

Higher education in production logistics and industrial management or equivalent.
