- Lead corrective actions and ensure mastery of the 5M methodology.
- Monitor the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of the machine park and implement solutions for improvement.
- Identify and analyze potential risks in processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the group.
- Serve as the technical reference for mechanics and provide support when necessary.
- Technical CFC and/or ES training in a technical or management field.
- Experience in managing a machine park.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive and flexible approach.
- Ability to unite and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong team spirit and stress management capabilities.
